- is it possible to stay on the car deck during the trip by ferry?

During a trip passengers are not allowed to enter either the car or car deck. Passengers are requested to leave their cars with first gear engaged, hand brake on, wheels straight. Cars should be duly locked up to prevent third party access.

- are there any limitations for luggage?

The passenger is entitled to carry without additional charge, hand luggage up to 50 kg. Luggage exceeding 50 kg is treated as a cargo and will be shipped on the basis of a bill of lading after paying shipment charges, calculated according to current freight tariff used at a particular line.

- is there any restaurant or bar on board the ferry ?

Our ferries  offer a choice of eating areas and lounge bars where you can savour good food or enjoy a drink. Choices include sit down service restaurants, self service outlets, snack bars, entertainment lounges. We offer different dining options. Cafeteria on board has a great choice of dishes, hot and cold snacks.

- where can I spend the journey if I do not have a cabin place?

There are rooms for passengers with recliner seats, where it is possible to spend the trip.  Apart from that, there are public places making the trip by ferry pleasant - restaurants, bars, cafeteria, disco, shops and the like.

- is it possible to connect to the internet during the trip by ferry?

Unfortunately, no internet connection available on board.

- how can I pay on the ferry?

You can pay by cash or credit card. Prices for goods in shops, whether catering services on POLFERRIES ferries are being expressed in the PLN.
It is possible to effect the payment also in currency of the country, to which the ferry is sailing i.e. Swedish Crowns or Danish Crowns.

Bureau de change facilities are available on board the ferries (except m/f Baltivia)

- is it possible to connect the telephone battery charger or hairdryer in the cabin?

In all passenger cabins on board m/f Scandinavia are possibility of connecting electric devices 220 V.  On m/f  Wawel and m/f Baltivia in every cabin there is a possibility of connecting with smaller devices as shaver. It is possible to connect hairdryer and the battery charger only to sockets in corridors.
