m/v Baltivia - car - passenger ferry, built in Swedish shipyard Kalmar Varv, completely refurbished in 2002. Officially put to service under POLFERRIES colours on 15 January 2007. The ferry meets requirements of all Conventions in force and effect as well as IMO recommendations as well as other requirements, including those on trade in the Baltic. The vessel will carry on her car-deck about 80 lorries (17-metre long), including dangerous cargo, and 30 personal cars at a time. Moreover she can carry 250 passengers.
